Amaro is two going on three in September.
That means he's in his "terrible two's". Tantrums, shouting when excited,
and loving a food one day, only to hate it the next, are the norm.
We're working on it, believe me.
Like most toddlers, he's a picky eater.
But luckily for me, there's a list of healthy choices he always loves. Usually.
Rice, cereal
Amaro's favorite dairy:
Yogurt, cheese cubes, a cup of milk, vegan cheese cubes
We thought he was lactose intolerant for the longest time,
but lately he has come around and he loves his milk products!
Amaro's favorite vegetables:
....uh we'll come back to this later
Amaro's favorite fruits:
Apples, bananas, berries, raisins, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple
When Amaro wants breakfast he will eat:
Nutrigrain bar, applesauce, banana, muffin, cereal or eggs
When Amaro wants lunch he will eat:
Various combinations of applesauce, cheese, crackers, crunchy pea puffs, a small turkey or ham sandwich or taquitos.
When Amaro wants a snack he asks for:
Applesauce, crackers, chips (but this can be a wide range of things, not necessarily potatoes), muffins, banana, melon, yogurt or cheese.
When it's time for dinner, Amaro will eat:
various combinations of noodles, rice, fish sticks, chicken or crackers.
